Booking Policies

Clear explanation of cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms for babysitting services. We aim to support Perth families with professional and reliable care.

Cancellations

I understand that family life is unpredictable, so please don't worry if you need to cancel. Since payments are only processed after each session, there are never any cancellation fees. If possible, I kindly ask for 2–3 hours' notice to help manage the day's schedule.

Payments

We want to make things simple for you. Payment is only required after our session finishes, via cash or bank transfer (including PayID) for your peace of mind and ease.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your booking online up to 12 hours before the start time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred schedule based on availability.

Late Fees

To respect our sitters' time, bookings that exceed the scheduled end time by more than 15 minutes will be rounded up to the next half hour at the standard hourly rate.

Safety First

Your child's safety and well-being are my absolute priority. I maintain rigorous standards to ensure peace of mind for every family, starting with comprehensive background checks and certifications tailored for high-quality childcare.

As a Cert III qualified educator, I stay current with all legal requirements in Perth, including updated WWCC and First Aid credentials. My communication protocols keep you informed throughout the booking, from initial arrival to final updates, ensuring you feel connected and secure.

I believe trust is built through consistency and transparency. Every safety step I take, from home hazard checks to safe sleep practices, is designed to provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive while parents enjoy their time away with total confidence.

What are the minimum booking hours?

We require a minimum booking of 2 hours for all daytime and evening services in the Perth area to ensure quality care for your children.

How do I pay for my babysitting session?

For your convenience, we accept cash or bank transfers (including PayID) once the session is complete. Details are shared when your booking is confirmed.

What if I need to cancel last minute?

We understand that family life is unpredictable. Since payment is only settled after your session is finished, there are no cancellation fees. We simply kindly ask for at least 2–3 hours’ notice if your plans happen to change.

Are your babysitters safety checked?

Absolutely. Safety is our priority. Every member of our team has a valid Working with Children Check and relevant childcare qualifications.

Can I meet the babysitter beforehand?

If you’d like to meet your sitter beforehand, please leave a note or message to request a free meet-and-greet, either in person or via video call.

How do you handle emergency contact during care?

Parents are asked to provide two emergency contact numbers. Our babysitters are trained to communicate promptly and follow safety protocols in any situation.
